Ingredients
-
12 oz Cream Cheese, softened
26 oz Skim Milk
2 pkg Jell-o Sugar Free Fat Free Instant White Chocolate Pudding
6 oz Cool Whip Lite
3/4 Angel Food Cake, cut in chunks
1 pint Strawberries, fresh, halved
1 pint Blueberries, fresh
Directions
In a large bowl, with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, 4 oz at a time (will turn somewhat frothy). Add pudding packets and beat until smooth. Lastly, mix in whipped topping. Mixture should be smooth and slightly thicker than a normal pudding consistency.
-----------------------
In a serving bowl or trifle dish (preferred), create a layer of Angel Food cake on the bottom, making sure the crust is visible from the outside of the dish. Next, add a layer of the pudding mixture (a little less than 1" thick). Next add a layer of fruit, making sure to create a pattern visible from the outside of the dish. Repeat layers 1 more time. Crumble the leftover Angel Food cake on top of the last layer of fruit and top with remaining pudding mixture.
-----------------------
Garnish with remaining fruit on top.
