Smart Points 6. Place chicken pieces into slow cooker, season with pepper. Add all remaining ingredients except the cauliflower rice. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours approx. Remove the chicken from the crock pot once cooked. Pull the chicken and put the pieces back into the crock pot, mix well. Add the cauliflower rice, stir to mix.
