Introduction

Dehydrator Kale chips made with Bragg's amino acid for flavor Dehydrator Kale chips made with Bragg's amino acid for flavor
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb bag Natures Greens kale (pre-cut)
    3 TB Braggs Amino Acid (or to taste)
    1 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (optional)

Tips

Wash kale, cut out the thick stems and place into a large bowl.
Season with Braggs and massage into leaves, being sure to cover all of them.
Place on dehydrator trays with screens. Be sure there is no bunching on the trays.
Dehydrate.

*note*
if using a fresh bunch of kale, break leaves into large pieces because leaves will shrink during drying


Directions

Dehydrate on 115 for 8 or until desired crunch is reached
