Ingredients

    1 block Tofu, firm
    236.5 gram(s) Mushrooms-White Organic (by CRICKET714)
    0.66 cup Red Onion, Fresh (by NEVERNAKED)
    .5 cup Baby Spinach - Fresh Express (bagged)
    6 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN)
    2 wedge yields Lemon Juice
    .5 tsp Soy Sauce
    2 serving Crisco 'Natural Blend' Oil (blend of canola, sunflower, soybean)(1 Tbsp, or 14g) (by MISTERTOAD)

Tips

If you want to save some for later make sure you scramble this well done.


Directions

Sautee the onions and garlic in the oil for a minute or 2 then add mushrooms cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the spinach, crumbled tofu, soy sauce and lemon juice. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Before serving add a dash of salt, and pepper(in preferred).
You can serve this with toast, biscuits, or use in breakfast tacos.
