Ingredients

Elbow Macaroni (enough to fill dish 1/2 way before cooked about 1 normal size box)
Cheese of your choice (about 4 cups
    Milk (around 1 cup)
    Garlic (sprinkled )
    Saltine Crackers (crushed over top)

Directions

The nutritional values are set for 1 16oz box of pasta for 8 people.

Preheat oven to 375

To prepare poor dry noodles into desiered dish till about 1/2 way. This is only to measure the amount to cook. Add more or less as desired. Once measured cook noodles as stated on box (boiled for about 8 min) Noodles DO NOT have to be completely done. They will be cooked more.

Once noodles are done drain and rinse in hot water. Spray the inside of your dish with oil or cooking spray. Spread a thin layer of the noodles in the bottom of your dish then sprinkle with garlic, and add some cheese. Repeat this process of noodles, garlic, and cheese untill you are out of noodles or dish is full.

Once you are done with the last layer of cheese tilt dish to about 45 degrees and slowly add milk till you see it touch the rim of dish. Set dish down and cover with crushed crackers. Add a dash more milk over the crackers. Back at 375 for 30-35min.

Left over noodles can be used to make additional dishes or even a smaller one for kids and add hotdogs (a favorite in my house).

It may appear to have too much milk in it when serving but when reheated another day the additional milk actually keeps it moist.
