Introduction

Ingredients

1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.0 tsp Salt
1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
100.0 gram carbalose flour
1.0 tbsp garlic powder
1.0 serving spices to taste
Directions
Mix flour, eggs and spices in food processor. Add small amounts of water at a time to make dough non sticky, but still elastic. Let rest for 10 minutes. Using more carbalose flour to dust, run dough through pasta maker. Dry on rack overnight or use immediately. Cook untl aldentei. Store in Ziploc bags in freezer.
Serving Size: Divide into 4 servings.
