Ingredients

    8 serving Grass fed ground beef 90%lean 4 oz
    16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    5 serving Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (RoTel) (by LLB4SMITH)
    32 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken
    1 tbsp Cumin seed
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Tips

Add cheese and/or cilantro before serving, count separately
Bake some low carb tortillas brushed with oil until crispy And serve with soup . Sliced avocado is another great topping for this dish.


Directions

Cook ground beef in skillet breaking it up cook until no longer pink
Add cream cheese, canned tomato and chilies, broth and spices to crock pot
Drain beef and add to crockpot
Cook 2 hours on high or 4 hours n low
