    1 serving 1 head romain lettuce
    74 gram Blackberries, Fresh, Raw
    .25 cup, chopped Walnuts
    1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)

Tips

I use Poppy Seed dressing.


Directions

Slice Blackberries in half, Chop lettuce and green onion Mix and eat.
