Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz chunk light tuna (in water) kroger brand
    1 tbsp Dill pickle relish (Kroger)
    6 tbsp Kroger olive oil mayo
    2 large Hard Boiled Egg chopped

Tips

Only 2 carbs per serving in this simple tuna mix!


Directions

PLACE two large eggs into a pan and fill to just over eggs with water and place on high heat on stove until water begins to boil then turn down burner heat to med and boil eggs for about 12-15 minutes until hard boiled. When done remove from heat and peel eggs and use egg slicer or knife to chop into fine small pieces and place into a bowl with three cans of drained tuna and other ingredients and stir until mixed.
Serve over bread or salads.
