    1 (2 lb) boneless chuck roast
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 jar chopped red peppers
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp salt free seasoning
    1/4 tsp ground garlic
    1/2 tsp ground onion
    1/2 cup, frozen beef stock
    4 oz tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomatos
    1 Tbs. worcheschire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. lite soy sauce

Directions

dump in slow cooker, cover, cook on high setting
