Ingredients

    2lbs extra lean ground beef
    1 medium onion
    5 Medium potatoes
    4 cans chopped green chiles
    2 cans 98 % fat free cream of chicken soup
    8 oz velveeta light

Directions

Chop onions
wash, peel and dice potatoes
cube cheese

In skillet brown extra lean ground beef with chopped onions. Drain.

Add all indgredients in pot and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are to desired tenderness. Serve with hot tortillas!
