Ingredients

    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    0.50 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    12 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    0.50 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes
    12 tsp Braggs Amino Acid
    1 serving Just like sugar brown 2 Tbsp
    30 grams Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)
    0.07 tbsp Xanthum Gum - Bob’s Red Mills (1TB,9g) .083 =.25ts
    0.75 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh

Tips

Amino acid instead of soy keeps this low carb


Directions

Sauce: mix all ingredients in sauce pan.
Stir over medium heat until slightly thickened
Remove from heat set aside

Chop chicken and chop or slice veg, drain water chestnuts use 1/2 of 5 oz drained can
Heat olive oil in wok or large frying pan
Add chicken pieces and cook through about 4 minutes, remove from pan but leave juices in pan
Add all veg to wok stir fry until tender
Drain juices. Add chicken and sauce stirring a few minutes until heated
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
In wok or large frying pan heat oil
