Introduction

A tasty purple pesto that performs equally well as a cracker spread or a pasta sauce! It couldn't be easier to whip up, and keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 weeks (just give it a stir every so often to keep it from separating!) Makes about 2 cups. Nutrition info is calculated for 2 T. per serving. A tasty purple pesto that performs equally well as a cracker spread or a pasta sauce!
