Introduction

A tasty alternative to almond or soy milk. A tasty alternative to almond or soy milk.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups of water
1 cup of raw sesame seeds (you can also use raw sunflower seeds)
4 - 6 pitted dates (for added sweetness)

Directions

Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings

Grind sesame seeds or sunflower seeds in a blender (depending on the strength of your blender you may need to do half at a time).

Add the water and dates and continue blending.

This can be strained through cheesecloth or strainer if you don't like the added bulk but the extra fibre is quite good for you so try it with it in first.

This will keep several days if it is refrigerated.
