Ingredients

    ˝ cup Egg Whites
    ˝ cup Splenda
    1 scoop (4 tbsp) Genuine Health Vegan Proteins+ Vanilla
    1 tsp Almond Extract
    2 tbsp Almond Flour
    2 tbsp Matcha Powder
    1 tsp Baking Powder

Tips

Cookies will hold their shape, so flatten them out on the baking sheet before putting them in the oven.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Pour egg whites into bowl. Mix in Splenda, protein powder, almond extract, almond flour, matcha powder, and baking powder, stirring with a fork after each added ingredient. Scoop out 12 portions onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Bake 20 minutes.
