    1 tbsp Curry powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Cloves, ground
    2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon
    121 gram Trader Joe's black bean pasta (by HUNT2014)
    5 serving 365 Blue Curled Kale (frozen) 1/5 bag=1 serving
    1 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

Tips

Use whatever spices make you happy


Directions

Sauté chopped onions in cooking spray. Add applesauce and stir.
Add pumpkin and broth, bit by bit to mix. Add spices, peanut butter and bouillon.
Cook a few minutes on stove.
Add coconut milk and kale.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Add black bean pasta.
Cook until pasta is done.
Soupy stew.
