Ingredients
-
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
4 tsp Tastefully Simple - Garlic Garlic (by AMONTALV)
4 tsp Tastefully Simple Onion Onion (by WVBEETLEBUG)
4 tbsp Tastefully Simple Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix (by REF385)
3 cup Classico Sweet Basil Marina Spaghetti Sauce (by GILLIAN135)
Tips
To ensure that it is fully cooked, stick a knife in the center of the baked meatloaf, pull out and if it is dry, it is fully cooked. Note that some of the marinara sauce may still be on the knife, but the meat should not.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl, mix ground chuck, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, marinara sauce mix, and 2 cups of the spaghetti sauce until well blended together.
Shape and place in a greased pan (I used a non-stick bread pan). Top with rest of spaghetti sauce.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 "4oz" servings
