Ingredients

    7 oz Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce (by STOOSHY)
    8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup Uncle Bens Whole Grain Medley Quinoa Brown rice
    1 TBSP Olive Oil

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan.
Cut the chicken into cubes and saute in the oil. After the chicken begins to brown, add the chipotle peppers and cook the chicken in the sauce.
Meanwhile, cook the quinoa and brown rice according to package directions. After it is cooked, add it to the pan and cook it all together.

PLEASE NOTE: This recipe is very hot! You may want to add a TBSP of Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing to cool it off a bit. :)
