Ingredients

500 g bag of frozen green and yellow wax beans. Cut beans into 1 " segments if necessary
500 g bag of frozen Lima Beans
500 g bag of frozen Kidney Beans
500 g bag of frozen Chick Peas
If frozen beans are not available you can use 19 oz canned beans but make sure to drain and rinse them thoroughly to get rid of most the salt before combining.
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 sliced green onion
3/4 C white sugar or Splenda
2/3 C Unico Wine Vinegar for Salads and Marinades or white vinegar
1/3 cup Canola Oil
1 tsp dill seed
1/4 tsp pepper
Nutritional information includes a calculation for sugar. You may use Spenda instead if you wish.
Directions
Follow the directions on the bag of frozen beans. Some need only to be thawed while others require minimal cooking or microwaving.
If using canned beans, drain and rinse them well before using.
Mix all the beans and chick peas into a large bowl.
Combine all the following ingredients and add to the bean mixture.
Toss lightly. Refrigerate, drain and serve.
