    1500 grams Butternut Squash
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 serving Coriander, ground, 1 teaspoon (by TERRA56)
    5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    100 grams Gruyere Cheese


Roast butternut in oven and remove skin.
Fry onion and garlic in olive oil and add spices.
Mix with butternut.
Beat eggs and add to butternut.
Put in ovenproof dish and sprinkle cheese over.
Cook at 180C350F for approx 25-30 mins until firm.
