Ingredients

    40.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    2.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    2.0 medium (4-1/2" long) Banana Peppers
    3.0 cup Bush's Chili Beans
    2.5 cup Tomato Sauce
    1.0 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
    2.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2.0 serving Wendy's Hot Chili Seasoning
    1.0 large Onions, raw

Directions

Brown meat, chop peppers and onions...toss all in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Simmer on low at least 4 hours.
