Ingredients

    1 Can Sweet Corn (drained)
    1 Can Black Beans (drained)
    1 bag Morning Star Burger Crumbles
    1 Can Chopped Tomatoes w/ Chiles
    6 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
    2 Boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Mix (Prepared)
    1/2 Bag Kraft Mexican Blend Shreaded Cheese

Directions

Mix the Corn bread according to package directions and set aside.

In a pyrex baking dish mix crumbles, tomatoes, seasoning, beans and corn. Level out and then spead a thin layerof cheese on top.

Finally pour corn bread mixture ontop covering cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes until cornbread is done. Serve warm. makes 12 1 Cup servings
