Ingredients

    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .25 tsp Baking Soda
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    6 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    16 oz Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Sausage Patty
    8 large Poached Egg
    8 serving Cheese - Velveeta Cheese Slice - 1 Slice (19g)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450, Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt into a bowl, take the butter and cut into the flour mixture till it resembles course meal. Add the buttermilk and stir to incorporate, but don't over mix, batter will be wet, turn out onto a flour board, and sprinkle with flour and knead about 5 times, sprinkling with a little flour till the dough forms, pat out dough do not roll, and using a large biscuit cutter or a glass dipped in flour cut out your biscuits. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. This should yield 8 to 9 biscuits. Put in 450 degree oven and bake for 12 minutes until lightly brown. Once out of oven rub butter a top of each biscuit. Fry up sausage patties according to package set aside. Take a skillet and spray with pam, taking 2 canning rings without lids and seals, and place flat side into skillet, turn skillet onto medium heat, once heated break an egg into each ring, and using a fork break yoke, add 1 cup of water to skillet to go around rings but not cover (we are poaching the egg), cover and let cook a couple of minutes on medium heat. Then turn off skillet and let sit a couple of more minutes till eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper. Once eggs are done remove them from the ring by using a spatula and flipping them onto a plate, then remove ring. then assemble biscuit, taking a biscuit cut in half, put sausage on one side, add egg out of ring on sausage and top with velveeta cheese slice, top with other side of biscuit. Enjoy!
