Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Light Soy Milk
    1 Tablespoon Vanilla Yogurt (fat free or low fat)
    1/2 Packet organic instant oatmeal cooked in hot water
    1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
    1 Teaspoon Ground Flax Seed
    1 Teaspoon Chocolate Soy or Whey Protien Powder
    1 Teaspoon All Natural (no sugar) Peanut Butter
    3-6 Ice Cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until shake is smooth.
