Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

16 oz Kielbasa, pork and beef
    1 large Onions, raw
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp ground corriander (by CRUZIN2LOSE)
0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
6 oz Beer, Lagunitas India Pale Ale, IPA
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
2 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple

Tips

I have used other types of apples and beer and it is just as good. Also I cut the butter in half to decrease the calories. I feel it makes more than 4 servings.

Directions

Heat oil in skillet add kielbasa and cook until it begins to brown about 1 minute. Flip meat and scoot to one side of the pan. Add onions and pinch of salt cook stirring occasionally until onions soften and caramelize about 1 minute. Add apples, coriander and butter cook until softens and begins to brown about 2 minutes. Add beer and cook until the sauce reduces and thickens to a glaze like consistency. May use stock or water in place of the beer.
