This is a very filling, high fat drink. This is a very filling, high fat drink.

Ingredients

    8 oz Cream Cheese,
    8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream,
    1.5 cups water,
    2 cups Berries, frozen,
    50 grams Broccoli, fresh or frozen ,
    50 grams Carrots fresh or frozen ,
    50 grams Spinach, fresh or frozen,
    1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax),


Tips

Any kind of vegetable can be substituted.


Directions

Put the cream cheese, whipping cream, and water into a large blender. Add the other ingredients mixing until smooth.
