Ingredients

    1.5 lb 90% Lean Ground Beef
    0.75 cup Oats, ground
    1 large Egg, beaten
    0.5 cup nonfat Milk
    1 cup chopped Onions
    1 cup shredded Cabbage
    1 cup grated Carrots
    1 cup chopped fresh Mushrooms
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp black Pepper
    0.5 tsp ground Sage
    0.25 tsp granulated garlic
    0.5 tsp dried mustard
    2 tbsp chopped Parsley

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 9X5 meatloaf pan. Bake at 375F for ~ 1-1/2 hr, or until cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings, ~1"thick slices
