Ingredients

12 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
25 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
1 large Egg Yolk
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
.33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce (Lee Kum Kee) (by ABNELSON)
2 oz Radish, Fresh
.33 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
250 grams Panera Bread French Baguette (2.5 oz)
Tips
You can make the pickled vegetables a day before for best flavor!
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Combine pork, panko, yolk, soy, garlic, onion, (chopped very finely) and knead until uniform. Form into 12 flat meatballs
3. Put meatballs on a non-stick pan and bake for 20 min
4. Slice radishes and carrots into thin matchsticks and toss in bowl with vinegar and sugar
5. In a small bowl combine mayo and Asian chili garlic sauce
6. Place baguette in oven 5 min before meatballs are done to toast. Cut into 3 even pieces and slice each in half
7. Spread mayo on bottom half of each loaf, top with 3 meatballs, top them with some pickled vegetables, and cover with top loaf
