Introduction

Ingredients

    12 tbsp Coconut Butter
    2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    2 Tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special
    Dark, unsweetened
    2 Tbsp MCT oil
    1/2 tsp peppermint extract
    5 drops liquid stevia (or to taste), or
    equivelant

Tips

Store in the fridge, the oils will soften or melt at room temperature.


Directions

Mix all coconut butter with 1 Tbsp of coconut oil, 1 Tbsp MCT oil and peppermint extract. Sweeten to taste with stevia or your preferred no sugar no carb sweetener. Pour evenly into ice cube tray (or any mold you like), place in fridge (or freezer) until solid. Then take remaining coconut oil and MCT oil along with cocoa powder, and mix well. Add stevia to desired sweetness. Take the first step out of the fridge (or freezer) and divide the chocolate evenly over them. Return to fridge (or freezer) until solid, then transfer to container for storage.

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 Bombs, serving size 1 piece
