Ingredients

    1 tsp, Bay Leaf
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Thyme, ground
    1 # (454g) Ham, regular (11% fat)
    1 cup, chopped Celery
    4 clove Garlic chopped
    2 cup, chopped Onion
    0.50 cup Parsley
    2 cup Water
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 T Chicken Bullion concentrate,
    1 tsp l Creole Seasoning (I used Jerk seasoning)
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    28 oz can Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    1.33 cup Long Grain Enriched White Rice,
    180 grams cooked Shrimp, thawed, tails removed

Tips

Made this in my 6 in 1 and it turned out great. One dish to clean up and stored leftovers in pot. Amazing


Directions

Cook vegetables in hot oil on saute mode until starting to get soft. Add ham and heat through.

Add the remaining ingredients and put on rice mode. Cook until done.

Add shrimp and stir.

Let sit for about 5 minutes until shrimp heat through

Add parsley and green onion for garnish.



Serving Size: 6 x 1.5 cup portions
