Ingredients

    16 oz ground 99% fat free turkey breast, browned
    12 cups (one small head) chopped cabbage
    1 1/2 cups (4 stalks) chopped celery
    5 cups chopped onions
    1 cup (1 large) chopped green peppers
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes
    46 oz low sodium vegetable juice
    2 packets Herb Ox sodium free granulated chicken OR beef bouillon
    1 tsp onion powder
    2 2/3 tbsp minced onion

Directions

Brown ground turkey breast until cooked through.
Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a simmer; simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.

Serving Size: Makes 16 1-cup servings
