Ingredients

    8 oz Kirkland Signature Oven Browned Turkey Breast
    10 serving Roma tomato, one whole (small) (by ADRIANO71)
    2 cup Earthbound Farm - Mixed Baby Greens
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    4 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh
    5.5 cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

Mix tomato halves with oil and balsamic vinegar, place on foil covered cookie sheet. Roast tomatoes halves at 375 for 40 minutes skin down. Sauté onion and celery in pot coated with cooking spray. Add broth and remainder of ingredients including roasted tomatoes. Season as desired with oregano, salt and pepper, Bri g to boil then simmer until all vegetables are tender
