Ingredients

For Lemonade:
2 cups water
1/4-1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Stevia, or sweetener of your choice, to taste
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
For Jello:
3 tbsp Grass fed, pasture raised, beef gelatin ( I use Aspen Naturals)
1 tsp Lemon or Orange extract
Tips
Make this delicious, healthy jello part of your daily routine to restore collagen to your body. It is low-carb, and sugar free.
Directions
1. Make lemonade by combining water, juice of freshly squeezed lemons, sweetener, and salt.
2. Pour 1/2 of the lemonade into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin on top of the lemonade and lightly tap to submerge all gelatin. Let set to bloom.
3. Pour remaining lemonade into saucepan and gently heat to low boil, then turn off heat. Add extract and gelatin mixture to pan and whisk to dissolve gelatin.
4. Pour into small serving dishes. You will get either 3 fully filled 1 cup bowls, or 4 less filled bowls. Your choice.
5. Refrigerate until firm, approximately 10-20 minutes.
