Ingredients

    1 cup Oatmeal Quaker Oats Plain (1 serv =1/2 cup =40g)
    1/3 cup raw Pumpkin Seeds
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/3 cup Coconut Flakes - Dry, Unsweetened
    3 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
    1/3 cup Honey
    1/4 tsp Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes. Roll into 30 one inch diameter balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Serving Size: makes 30 balls and 2 balls are one serving
