Ingredients

    2 serving 1 scoop whey protien powder (by 1BRETT1)
    1 tbsp Flaxseed
    1 cup Silk Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)
    0.5 cup Pumpkin puree ( Stokley) canned. per 1/2 cup (by MELTEAGUE)

Tips

Place all ingredients in blender till smooth. You can add a half a frozen banana plus 1/4 tsp of vanilla if you like
