Ingredients

    4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    16.0 oz Jenny-O turkey store ground turkey
    1.0 tbsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes
    1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    32.0 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken
    8.0 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    1.0 stick Butter, unsalted
    4.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    1.0 tsp xanthan gum
    1.0 tsp Pink Himilayan Sea Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Add 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil and celery to pot on medium heat. Stir occasionally until tender. Add ground turkey and stir until cooked through. Add onion and garlic powder and stir until fragrant. Add 1 bay leaf and chicken bone broth. Bring to boil and let simmer for a while. Add cream cheese, butter and xanthan gum (optional for thickening). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy.
