Ingredients

1/2 package of instant oatmeal (uncooked)
1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
3/4 cup nonfat milk
2 Tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1/3 fresh whole banana
1 scoop Apex Max Whey Powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender except whey powder, and blend well. Add whey powder and blend only until incorporated. Enjoy!
May also add 1 Tbsp of ground flax for extra omega-3 fatty acids
