Introduction

This is a great treat when its hot outside or when you just feel like having a sweet snack without all the calories. This is a great treat when its hot outside or when you just feel like having a sweet snack without all the calories.

Ingredients

    1 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh
    2 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh

Directions

Slice strawberries to make 1 cup. Peel bananas and cut into 1 inch slices. Place the strawberries and bananas in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until smooth. If you want more chunks of fruit then blend less. Its your preference. Take your freezer pop molds(I use the mini 1/4 cup ones) and spoon 1/4 cup of fruit mixture into molds. Freeze til firm or overnight. You could add in almond milk or even yogurt or fruit juice. Just remember to add that into your nutritional counts. Serves 4
