Ingredients

16 oz Pasta Whole Grain Medium Shell
    2 cup Milk, 2%
    2 cup Water, tap
4 teaspoon bouillon granules, no sodium
    1 lb Ground beef, lean
    4 tablespoons minced Garlic
    2 Tablespoons Onion powder
1.5 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    8 Tablespoons Parmesan Regiano 1

Directions

1. In a large pot, combine pasta, milk, water, and bouillon (or broth) and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Stir frequently.
2. Reduce to a low simmer and continue cooking and stirring, uncovered, for until liquid is absorbed and pasta is cooked. If liquid is absorbed before pasta is cooked, add additional liquid and continue cooking.
3. Cook hamburger with garlic and onion powder in a large skillet over medium heat until evenly brown. Add the vegetables and continue heating.
4. When both are ready, turn off heat. Add cheese, vegetable-meat mixture to pot, and combine. Let sit for a few minutes.
