Introduction

Easy to make in the microwave....my kids and husband loved them...they didn't even know they were Turkey.....=) Easy to make in the microwave....my kids and husband loved them...they didn't even know they were Turkey.....=)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1/2 cups Seasoned Dried Bread Crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp salt - I used a little less
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp Dried minced onion


Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Shape into balls and arrange in a circle in a 9 or 10 inch glass pie plate. Cover plate with wax paper.

Microwave on high 8 to 11 minutes, rotating plate and turning meatballs over once or twice during cooking.

my serving size is: 4 small meatballs - I made 24 small meatballs
You can make: 12 Large, 18 medium, or 24 small meatballs just change the serving size.
