    20 oz Shrimp, cooked
    56 gram(s) roasted zuchinni (1/2 tbsp evoo and 2 cups zuchinni)
    1 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    .5 serving Pesto, Priano ALLA GENOVESE PESTO, 2tbs (30g)

Tips

Cut vegetables in thin slices. Zucchini can be made as spiral noodles (zoodles).


Directions

Saute shrimp, take out of pan.
Saute zuchinni and peppers.
Add Shrimp back in pan, mix with 1 tbs. prepared pesto sauce.
