Ingredients

    6 serving Italian Turkey Sausage Hot, Shady Brook Farms (Cooked)
    2 clove Garlic
    4 fl oz Red Wine
    0.25 cup Honey

Directions

Cut each sausage in 4-5 pieces (1 inch slices). Brown in steel pan until blackened/well done. Set aside and add wine, garlic and garlic at medium heat and reduce until syrupy (about 1/3 volume). Pour over sausage for appy or main course.
