Ingredients

16 oz Ground Beef (extra lean)
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic (by MSTONYA610)
5 cup Beef stock, home-prepared
2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
.5 cup Tomato Sauce
2 cup, sliced Zucchini
.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Oregano, ground
1 cup Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling
Directions
Sauté Italian sausage in heavy Dutch oven over medium-high heat until cooked through, crumbling with back of spoon, about 10 minutes.
Using slotted spoon, transfer sausage to large bowl.
Pour off all but 1 Tbls drippings from Dutch oven.
Add onion and garlic to Dutch oven and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Return sausage to Dutch oven.
Add stock, tomatoes, tomato sauce, zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, wine, basil and oregano.
Simmer until veggies are tender, about 40 minutes.
Add tortellini to boiling soup and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
