Ingredients

    1 cup Butter, salted
    3 tsp Almond Extract (by CRANKYGIRL)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    300 grams Flour, white
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    .2 cup, slivered Almonds

Tips

This takes no time at all to make, but it is best fresh, as it starts to dry out even after just a few hours.


Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and blend. Add extract, mix then fold in dry. Batter will be dense. Bake at 350 for 20min or until edges Brown and toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake!
