Ingredients

    0.5 stick Butter, salted
    4.0 oz Cream Cheese
    1.0 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw
    2.5 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    1.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    0.5 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    4.0 oz Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    2.0 oz PIckled Jalapenos
    6.0 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower
    3.0 tbsp Hellman's Mayo

Directions

Cook cauliflower, dice veggies, melt butter. Mix all. Add jalapeno and cheese. Melt and top with more cheese. Microwave. Serving Size: Makes six servings
