Ingredients

    4 t Canola oil
    1 Onion, very thinly sliced
    1 Small/Med head of red cabbage very thinly sliced (about 5 cups)
    1/2 t Salt
    2 Medium tart apples sliced into wedges
    1 t Dried sage
    2 T Cider vinegar
    1 T Dijon mustard

Directions

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat; add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally until softened, about 5 minutes

Add the cabbage and salt, cook stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender; about 6 - 8 minutes

Stir in the apples, sage, vinegar and mustard; cook, stiring gently, until the apples are just tender (about 5 minutes)
