    2.0 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini
    1.0 tsp Cardamom, ground
    1.0 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino
    1.0 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Boil veggies with spice until softened. Drain. Add ghee and Aminos
