Ingredients

2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
2.5 tbsp Butter, salted
4 chop, excluding refuse (yield Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw
1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
1 clove Garlic
2.5 fl oz White Wine
.33 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
1 serving Seasonings - Italian - (Marj,Thyme,Rosem,Sav,Sage,Oreg & Basil) (by ***DEBRA***)
2 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp garlic salt
Directions
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. When hot add 1.5tbsp of butter to cover the pan. Season pork chops with paprika, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Add to pan and reduce heat to medium heat. Cook for about 3-3.5 minutes and then flip to the other side. Repeat cook time. Once cooked, remove to a plate and tent with foil.
Add 1 tbsp of butter to pan and coat. Once heated, add mushrooms and stir to coat. Cook undisturbed for minutes. Stir mushrooms and add onion and garlic to the pan. Cook for minute and stir. Cook an additional minute and add wine and chicken broth. Scrape the brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer and reduce by half. Add heavy cream and a little extra Italian seasoning, cooking until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper
Pour over pork chops.
