1 PKG. HONEYSUCKLE WHITE BREAKFAST TURKEY SAUSAGE
1 TSP. POULTRY SEASONING
4 1/2 CUPS WHITE BREAD [CUBED]
8 OUNCES SHREDDED PART SKIM
MOZZARELLA CHEESE
1 TSP. MUSTARD POWDER
1 CUP EGG SUBSTITUTE
2 CUPS SKIM MILK
Directions
1. CRUMBLE SAUSAGE INTO A MEDIUM SKILLET. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BROWNED. SPRINKLE WITH POULTRY SEASONING. COAT A 9X13 DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY AND SET ASIDE.
2.ADD SAUSAGE TO A LARGE BOWL WITH TOASTED BREAD CUBES, CHEESE, MUSTARD POWDER, AND SALT, IF DESIRED. IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD EGG SUBSTITUTE AND MILK, BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
3.POUR EGG-MILK MIXTURE OVER SAUSAGE AND BREAD MIXTURE, STIR TO BLEND. POUR INTO BAKING DISH, SPREAD EVENLY, COVER WITH FOIL, THEN CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT OR 8 HOURS.
4. AFTER CHILLING, PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 AND BAKE, COVERED IN FOIL, FOR 45 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND REDUCE TEMP TO 325. BAKE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL SET.

I didn't have mustard powder and think I used a little too much poultry seasoning (it fell in while I was opening) so it tasted like cornbread dressing, but it was still very good. The whole gang loved it!! Definitely need to plan ahead to make this - had it for dinner with corn tortillas/salsa. - 7/26/08

thanks for the comment. when i made this i used some plain yellow mustard since i didn't have any mustard powder on hand either and it was just as good. i eat the breakfast turkey sausage alot for breakfast. glad you liked it, we loved it!!
