Ingredients

    24 oz Atlantic Salmon Fillets
    32 spear tip (2" long or less) Asparagus, fresh
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    4 tbsp Olive Oil
    6 clove Garlic
    1 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese
    0.25 cup Parsley

Tips

After baking, the filet(s) should slide right off the skin, should you wish to do so.


Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 - line a baking sheet with parchment, though for easier cleanup, should there be any spillover, line with foil, then place the parchment over.
2. Mince garlic.
3. Pat dry salmon, and after coating, lightly, the skin side of the salmon, place skin down on baking sheet.
4. Place asparagus around the salmon on the baking sheet.
5. Coat salmon and asparagus with a light coating of olive oil.
6. Dust with salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan.
7. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
8. After plating, garnish with parsley.
